Two Celebrities Quit “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” After Grueling Challenges

After just four days of intense physical challenges, two more celebrities have dropped out of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test season 4. The pressure of military-style obstacles proved too much for former NBA star Nick Young and actor Ravi V. Patel.

In the latest episode of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test on Oct. 23, the remaining 13 celebrities faced increasingly difficult military challenges. Many recruits expressed the toll the competition was taking on their bodies. “Look at my knee swollen and f–ked up,” Nick Young remarked as he woke up on day five, admitting, “I’m gonna be out for a month.”

Actor Ravi V. Patel was also struggling, sharing, “I’m in pain today,” while model Chanel Iman added, “I’ve never felt so old in my life. Can’t keep up.”

The physical demands were not the only challenge. Training directors, including Jason Fox, pointed out the need to separate those struggling from the more committed recruits. “There are certain people on the course who have gone their distance,” Fox stated. “If we don’t weed the weaker members out, it’s going to start bringing the rest of the course down.”

Ultimatum Leads to Two Recruits Quitting

The tension peaked when Rudy Reyes, one of the head trainers, presented the recruits with an ultimatum: “Ask yourselves if you really want to be here,” he urged. “You are going to push yourselves far beyond any place you’ve ever been.” Those unsure about their commitment were told to turn in their armbands and leave.

Young was the first to step forward, removing his armband and declaring, “I’m ready to go.” Patel followed shortly after, and both exited the competition before even attempting the day five obstacle course.

With these two drops, only 11 celebrities remain in the race for the title. The challenges will only intensify from here, and fans will be watching to see which of the remaining recruits can push through the physical and mental strain. Will more celebrities quit, or will they find new reserves of strength? Tune in Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Fox to find out.
